Present Tense - Third Person
Normally in the present tense we add S to the end of the verb in the 3rd person (He, She, It). // Normalmente en el tiempo presente, agregamos s al final del verbo en la tercera persona del singular (él, ella, eso). Usamos el presente simple para describir rutinas y hábitos.

The Present progressive or Present continuos is mainly used to express the idea that something is happening at the moment of speaking. Another use of the tense is to talk about temporary actions or future plans. // El presente continuo se utiliza principalmente para expresar la idea de que algo está ocurriendo en el momento de hablar. Otro uso de la tensa es hablar de acciones temporales o planes futuros.
